Meet the Team

TRACY MATSON

Tracy started Matson Solutions in June of 2021 after two years as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas. Prior to that, Tracy had over twenty five years of experience in Life and Health insurance as owner of a Little Rock insurance agency.

Tracy began his insurance career in 1991 while still enrolled at Arkansas State University seeking his degree in real estate/insurance. After obtaining that degree, he went into business with his father at their insurance agency in Little Rock.

A strong commitment to helping patients struggling with chronic illness led Tracy to accept a position with the Federal Drug Administration as a patient representative on numerous advisory boards for conditions such as Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and cancer. Tracy has held that position since 2011.

Tracy passionately believes that proper insurance protections are crucial to all families and businesses and he looks forward to helping people review and evaluate their coverage and get them in the right plans for the best price.

Tracy, a lifelong resident of Little Rock, is excited to expand the business into Illinois and work with clients all over the midwest.

Tracy and his wife Allison enjoy travel, going to sports events, long walks and spending time with their daughter Emily.

RACHEL BASS

Rachel joined Matson Solutions in June of 2021 and will focus on the operational and customer service side of the agency.

A University of Georgia graduate with a degree in Communication, Rachel went on to pursue her Master’s degree with an emphasis in Health Communication. Over the years, she has worked in positions focused on client services, sales and marketing and office management; most recently as Vice President of Marketing and Operations for a local medical laboratory.

Taking care of others is at the core of who Rachel is and overseeing customer service for Matson Solutions is a natural fit for her. She is passionate about making sure that each and every person feels cared for and has what he/she needs to be confident and comfortable when handling medical and insurance issues.

Rachel is excited to be working alongside Tracy Matson. His experience and compassion are two of the reasons that she believes he is the best insurance agent in the business.

Rachel is married to Josh and the proud (but often exhausted) mom to their four human kids, Caroline, Tru, Bo, and Sascha and one fur baby, Tate. She enjoys traveling and is kind of crazy about football.
